I have a newborn at my house.  I also have an older son so I have lots of baby blankets.  But I recently had the chance to use a new blanket by Cherry Blossom Baby and I am in love.

We received this Old McDonald blanket and it is just adorable!  One side is a light green cotton with farm animals on it and the other side is plush light blue velour.  It also has a white satin binding with special curved corners.

Let me tell you all the things I love about this blanket.

* At 30 x 40 inches it’s larger than your standard                receiving blanket which means you will be able
          to use it longer.
* The cotton is thick and sturdy meaning it will                  hold up to many washes.
* The double layers of fabric make it a perfect                      blanket for those windy spring days because it                doesn’t let the wind through.
* All blankets are handmade in the USA with FDA            approved lead and chemical free materials!

You really have to check out all the designs that Cherry Blossom Baby offers, but if I had a girl I would have picked this Mod Kitties print.  It’s so fun!
Cherry Blossom Baby has a great product and they will be on my list next time I’m invited to a baby shower!

Y’all…I know that it may seem that I only rave about products I review & rarely criticize, but that’s because I am very careful about what I review.  & these blankets?  Are awesome.  The front part is made with DARLING cowboys that is heavy enough for play time, but soft enough to snuggle.  & the back is like minky (think changing pad cover).  ADORE.  Terri also had a great idea to round the corners, just as an inspiration to be different.

Arriving in a dainty understated bow, the one side of this blanket is a durable, insulating, protective printed side. Where the other side is this super lush and soft, comforting side. Yeah, it's one of those soft feeling softies that make you want to rub it on your cheek and share your opinion with the person next to you. "Here! Feel how soft this is". The satin outer edge is what my little guy likes to put up to his nose when he's snuggling with it. It's getting the true 2 year old test and is passing with flying colors.

What I think sets this blanket apart is that is has the best features ( yes the blanket has features!! )
