Each blanket will be folded and tied with a decorative ribbon and your card attached.  Blankets are sealed in a plastic bag and shipped in a tough, tear resistant Tyvek envelope to insure against damage during shipping.

2. Enter "To & From" information in box 1
    (example - To: Billy From: Grandma and Grandpa) 
3. Enter the message you would like handwritten        on the card in box 2
